I would call the local churches in your area and they should be able to provide some top notch carolers for you. A nice donation to the church would probably be the only thing you would have to pay.

You could call the local high school or college and talk to the music instructor. They could provide a group of carolers too I am sure.

churches always like to christmas carol..(or where i live they do anyway.) you could try talking to a church choir.
Put an add in the paper and have a small audition.
Get a group of your friends together that can sing.
