You are right. This is not quick. I usually make it up the night before and pop it in the oven right when I wake up the next morning. I will be working on less time consuming breakfast recipes in the future. Thanks for commenting!

One thing though - not a real ‘quick/easy’ breakfast. ie Takes ~45 minutes to cook! Do you have any other less time-consuming meals?
