Butt art is okay to us liberals but not Christmas trees or Easter eggs. Too Christian and DECENT for us. Santa and the Bunny always wear clothes.

Stephen Murmer was fired in January after Chesterfield County Public Schools officials saw a YouTube video of Murmer wearing a swim thong and a Groucho Marx mask, demonstrating how he applies paint to his backside, then presses it onto a canvas.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Richmond by the American Civil Liberties Union, said Murmer's firing violates his First Amendment rights. It also alleges that after he was suspended from teaching in December, school officials ordered him not to discuss his suspension even as they commented on it in news interviews.
This ought to be interesting. I don't see Richmond taking this crap sitting down (pun intended).

I am a christian and have wondered about the liberal double standard for a while, I understand you are liberal and that is fine with me, what I don't get is why everyone seems to be entitled to their opinions, beliefs and life choices but Christians??
why is is wrong to say Merry Christmas?? we can not even say our own pledge of allegiance because one person did not like it.

I have a Christmas tree but no butt art (assuming it is what I think it is) in my house. I am pretty liberal too.

OK - looking at your link it says he moonlighted with what you refer to as butt art. It was not taking place in the school and was not being taught to students. Why should he be fired for his personal hobbies that in no way effect his work performance?
because we are trying too hard to "be nice" not hurt anyones feeling. But being nice only validates what the kooks belive.
We are a christian nation, founded on christian values, and all of us nice folk need to make ourselves heard.
